• What does it mean to be an affiliate?
As an affiliate of 'Starlight Revenue', you will be able to advertise our Casino clients using our extensive resources and marketing tools, and share in the profits from the revenue you generate as our partner. To facilitate this, you will be assigned a personal affiliate manager to assist you in any way necessary in order to help you maximize your profits with us.
• I heard online gambling is illegal in the United States. Can I still open an account?
Yes! While our clients do not accept U.S. based players (in accordance with U.S. law), it is still completely legal for you to advertise our brands. Europe is now the biggest market in online gaming, and 'Starlight Revenue' is a leader in major European markets. We can facilitate the translation of your websites, as well as providing you with the marketing materials and insights you will need to crack this lucrative market.
• I have several websites, do I need to open an account for each one?
No. We are able to provide tracking links for as many websites as you require.
• I don't have a website. Can I still open an account?
Yes! Offline advertising is a very lucrative and important part of our industry, and 'Starlight Revenue' can work with you to design the marketing materials that will be successful in your market. Talk to your affiliate manager today about the opportunities of offline advertising or mailing lists!
• Can I use all marketing tactics to advertise your clients?
NO. We forbid all advertising methods called "scumware" - Gator, When U and others. Any affiliate caught using those methods will be banned from our programs and his revenues will be split among all our current affiliate partners. We also reserve the right to take legal action against this particular affiliate. Note that we have powerful means to analyze the traffic coming to our site and we will be notified as soon as one click comes from such a platform. We also invite you to notify us if you come across such abuse.
We also do not accept traffic directed to us from message boards and/or forums. Any traffic coming from message boards and/or forums will be redirected to another location automatically. We regret having to do this, but the overwhelming amount of abusive players sent to us via message boards and forums is inflicting on the efficiency of the casinos' customer support team. The most important task for our online support team is giving an unrivaled level of assistance to our real players, and this clearly becomes impossible when large groups of bonus seekers and abusive players are directed to our casinos.
• Can I make money from having sub-affiliates?
Yes! Our 10 Tier Program allows you to make money from all affiliates who sign up to 'Starlight Revenue' using your Salesman Code. Your Salesman Code is http://starlightrevenue.com/index.php?username (replace "username" with your 'Starlight Revenue' username). Anyone who signs up to be an affiliate of 'Starlight Revenue' using that link will automatically be your sub-affiliate, and you will be paid according to our 10 Tier Program for all revenue generated by these affiliates.
• Where can I find marketing materials to start promoting Starlight Revenus' clients?
After logging in to the Starlight Revenue's website, select "Marketing Tools" from the menu bar and follow the prompts to the specific marketing materials that you are looking for. If there is something you want but can't find, contact your affiliate manager directly.
Commission
• How do I know how much money I'm making?
We provide online statistics for you 24 hours a day. Log in with your username and password to our secure affiliate stats interface page to see how much you’ve earned along with other relevant stats.
• What information is displayed on my stats page?
'Starlight Revenue' displays a very detailed statistic analysis for webmasters in real time, anytime. You will be able to view the exact number of impressions, clicks, downloads, signups of Real and Fun accounts, and of course, your share of the profit. These stats will enable you to judge whether or not certain marketing strategies and campaigns work for you or not.
• What is the percentage of profit that I will get from advertising your clients?
It varies for each type of client (Casino, Poker, or Bingo), but a full listing of our commission tables are available on the Our Payment Plans page.
• I see that new Real accounts were created, but there was no money there for me. Why?
In this case, players you referred downloaded our Casinos and opened Real accounts, but at the time the stats were updated, they had not yet wagered or lost any money. Be patient and log on to check your stats at a later time.
• What is "net gaming"?
Casino net gaming is defined as gross bets minus payout (calculated using the client software), derived from any real transaction with a linking visitor in which revenue is paid or credited to the client, minus: (i) charge backs and discretionary returns; (ii) sign up bonuses; and (iii) promotional bonuses.
Payment
• How and when do I get paid?
'Starlight Revenue' provides a unique opportunity for affiliates, to receive their commission TWICE a month, unlike other casinos that pay only once a month.We process your commissions on the 21st and on the 7th business day of every month and offer several payment options ( that means your commission from the 1st till the 14th will be processed on the 21st etc.). Ask your account manager for more details. As we value our relationships with our Affiliates, we always pay on time.
• Is there a minimum amount that I need to earn in order to receive my commission?
Yes -- U.S.$200. Our casino clients will pay affiliates all amounts due for the last 2 weeks within seven (7) business days, following the close of the relevant 2 weeks and will make available at a designated URL (stats) a statement providing, in reasonable detail, the basis for such payment. Affiliate balances with less than $200 outstanding will be withheld until such time as the balance exceeds $200 at the end of the month.
• When are monthly statements sent out to affiliates?
Commission statements are sent out on the 6th business day following the end of each 2 week cycle. UNIQUE to 'Starlight Revenue'.
• What are the processing fees associated with my commission payments?
'Starlight Revenue' does not withhold any commissions and does not charge processing fees associated with your commissions.
• Can you explain your Unique Shopping Voucher Program?
'Starlight Revenue' and its clients have affiliated themselves with one of the largest online e-commerce websites, called www.ecomdirect.com.au.This affiliation will ensure a high convertion rate of players, and will add additional earning options for the Affiliate. Both are UNIQUE to 'Starlight Revenue. For more information, please contact your affiliate manager, or read additional details on 'PAYMENT PLANS'.

• Why can't I login to the 'Starlight Revenue' site?
If you are sure you're username and password are correct, make sure your browser is set to accept cookies by going to Tools, then Options, then Privacy and set your browser to accept all cookies.
