Joining the Affiliate Program
'Starlight Revenue'provides the Affiliate with the non-exclusive right to direct customers ("Players") from Affiliate's site or sites to our Client's websites, in return for the payment of commissions and referral bonuses as agreed to from time to time. This agreement commences when the Affiliate confirms his/her registration with 'Starlight Revenue' and commences using marketing material of any kind provided by 'Starlight Revenue'.

The Affiliate's right to use the Trademarks is limited to and arises only out of the sublicense herein granted. "Starlight Revenue' has the right to terminate this sublicense at any time by written notice to Affiliate. This sublicense will be terminated automatically upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason.

The Affiliate's application may be rejected if 'Starlight Revenue' determines, in its sole discretion, that Affiliate's site is unsuitable for any reason, including but not limited to, sites that are under construction, aimed at children, promote sexually explicit materials, promote violence, promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, promote illegal activities, or violate intellectual property rights. This decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Permitted Advertising
The Affiliate will only use 'Starlight Revenue' approved Text Links and Banners and Promotion Mails and will not alter their appearance, design or content, unless 'Starlight Revenue' gives its prior written authorization. The Affiliate understands and acknowledges that the appearance and contents of the 'Starlight Revenue' Text Links and Banners and Promotion Mails constitute the only authorized and permitted representation.

The Affiliate agrees that 'Starlight Revenue' will terminate his account immediately, and all funds due will be withheld, if there is any form of spamming or misrepresentation of their client's offers.

Fraudulent Activities
'Starlight Revenue' has zero tolerance for inappropriate conduct and Fraudulent activity. The Affiliate will not knowingly benefit from known or suspected traffic not generated using accepted Internet marketing practices whether or not it causes 'Starlight Revenue' or its associated casinos harm. Should fraudulent activity, knowingly or otherwise, arise from a person directed to 'Starlight Revenue's' Client's site via an Affiliate's link or from practices performed by an Affiliate, 'Starlight Revenue' retains the right to retract the commissions paid to the relevant Affiliate at any time.

Resposibility of Usage
The Affiliate accepts sole responsibility for determining whether his/her participation in the 'Starlight Revenue' Affiliate Program is legal under any laws that apply to him/her. The Affiliate understands that 'Starlight Revenue' does not provide him/her with any legal recommendation or assurance regarding such legality.

Proof of Age
The Affiliate can only participate in our Affiliate Program if he/she is of the legal age determined by any applicable laws in his/her jurisdiction. In any event and under any circumstances, the Affiliate cannot participate in our Affiliate Program if he/she is under 18 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age.

Spam Advertising
Any form of spam will result in the Affiliate's Account being suspended or closed and all funds due will be withheld. The Affiliate needs to be aware that we or our associated gaming rooms are liable to incur expenses in dealing with spam generated mail and these same expenses may be deducted from the Affiliate's Account.

Commission Structures

• 25%-40% Net Profit (Revenue Share)
We treat you as a real partner. You will earn between 25%-40% of the casino's earnings generated from players you refer for their entire lifetime! The more traffic you send, the more you earn. You earn a recurring profit from your players month after month for as long as their account remains active.

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
'Starlight Revenue' offers a new CPA commission structure. You will receive a guaranteed fee for every new depositing player that you will bring to our casinos. The more players you bring, the more money per player you make. Plus it doesn’t matter whether the player you brought in, wins or loses. You will receive the fee either way. A true win-win situation. Unless otherwise specified, the default commission structure for casino affiliates is 25% Revenue Share

1 to 10 players $75 per player
11 to 30 players $100 per player
31 to 40 players $125 per player
41 to 50 players $150 per player
51 to 60 players $175 per player
61 to 70 players $200 per player
71 to 90 players $225 per player
91 players and above $250 per player

Shopping Vouchers
The Affiliate acknowledges that 'Starlight Revenue' has no envolovement in his/her dealings with www.ecomdirect.com.au. The only affiliation is the fact that 'Starlight Revenue' provides Shopping Vouchers to the Affiliate, and therefore will not be held responsible, in any way, for any arising dispute between the Affiliate and E-comdirect.

Payment Statements
'Starlight Revenue' will process payments to Affiliates twice a month within seven (7) business days following the close of the past 2 week period and shall make available at a designated URL ("http://www.starlightrevenue.com/") a statement providing in reasonable detail the basis for such payment. As an Affiliate of 'Starlight Revenue', it is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details are correct prior to the Transfer-Day of each new Payment-Cycle. Failure to provide accurate payment details will result in holding back your payment and you will incur any fees in connection with the cancellation and the re-issuing of an incorrectly processed payment.

The Affiliate agrees that the 'Starlight Revenue' tracking system shall be the sole method for determining the basis of the calculation of commissions and referral bonuses hereunder, and 'Starlight Revenue' calculations shall be binding to the Affiliate, absent manifest error.

Payments (Revenue Sharing)
'Starlight Revenue' provides a unique opportunity for affiliates, to receive their commission TWICE a month, unlike other casinos that pay only once a month.We process the Affiliate's commissions on the 21st (60%) and on the 7th business day of every month and offer several payment options ( that means your commission from the 1st till the 14th will be processed on the 21st etc.). Ask your account manager for more details. As we value our relationships with our Affiliates, we always pay on time.

CPA Payments have to be negotiated with the Affiliate's Account Manager (Special Terms apply).
'Starlight Revenue' reserves the right to re-classify the Affiliate's Program from CPA to Revenue Sharing, if at its sole discretion an abuse has occurred.

No Affiliate can profit from an account generated by themselves or by a relation of any kind to the Affiliate member. If an Affiliate is caught profiting from an account generated by the above, they will forfeit any earnings they have made and their account will be terminated.

Changes to Program Rules
'Starlight Revenue' may modify any of the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Agreement at any time to protect itself from regular new scams, that are developed by casino players and/or the Affiliates who referred them. All changes to the Terms and Conditions of 'Starlight Revenue' will be posted on the website.
Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and referral program rules.
IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO THE AFFILIATE, HIS/HER ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT AND FORFEIT ANY FUTURE EARNINGS. THE AFFILIATE'S CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON THE 'STARLIGHT REVENUE' WEBSITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.

Taxes and other Charges
The Affiliate is fully responsible for all taxes, fees and other costs incidental to and arising from any payments made to him/her under this Agreement, including without limitation processing fees. The Affiliate will indemnify and reimburse 'Starlight Revenue' for any costs, expenses or losses that may be caused to it as a result of any claim or demand made by any governmental or other authority, with regard to tax withholding obligations or similar obligations to which 'Starlight Revenue' may be subject in connection with making payments to the Affiliate. 'Starlight Revenue' will be entitled to withhold or set-off any such amounts from the payments to be made to the Affiliate.

Chargebacks
Chargebacks occur when a credit card holder discovers a charge that they have not authorized. The credit card holder can then request that this transaction be reversed by their bank. Chargebacks relate to fraudulent use by a third party of a credit card holder's details. Chargeback amounts are being removed from affiliate earnings in the month that they are received.

Term and Termination
The term of this Agreement will begin when you submit your affiliate application form located JOIN NOW and will continue until either party notifies the other party that it wishes to terminate the Agreement, with or without cause, in which case this Agreement will be terminated immediately. TERMINATION IS AT WILL, FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, BY EITHER PARTY.
For purposes of notification of termination, sending a notice via email is considered a written and immediate form of notification.

With notice of termination we will stop paying you the Revenue Commission otherwise owing to you on termination or thereafter, if applicable.The commission till the termination day will be paid according to 'Starlight Revenue' terms.

Limitation of Liability
ANY LIABILITY TO THE AFFILIATE ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT AND THE 'STARLIGHT REVENUE' AFFILIATE PROGRAM IS LIMITED TO DIRECT DAMAGES ONLY. 'STARLIGHT REVENUE' WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF BUSINESS, PROFITS, REVENUE, CONTRACTS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, OR ARISING FROM LOSS, DAMAGE OR CORRUPTION OF ANY DATA, EVEN IF 'STARLIGHT REVENUE' HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
IN ANY EVENT AND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, OUR AGGREGATE AND TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING WITH RESPECT OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE 'STARLIGHT REVENUE' AFFILIATE PROGRAM WILL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF EITHER: (1) THE AMOUNT OF $80,000 (EIGHTY THOUSAND U.S. DOLLARS);OR (2) THE TOTAL PAYMENTS MADE TO YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OVER THE 8 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to provide any rights, remedies or benefits to any person or entity not a party to this Agreement.

The Parties Relationship
'Starlight Revenue' and the Affiliate are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.
The Affiliate will have no authority to make or accept any offers, representations or obligations on 'Starlight Revenue's' behalf. The Affiliate will not make any statement, whether on its website or otherwise, that could be reasonably construed to contradict the foregoing.

Governing Law
The laws of Malta , without reference to, will govern this Agreement's rules, as the governing choice of law.
Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in Malta and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of its courts.
